• How does it work?

1. Start by downloading the Rent Ready app on your device.

2. Upon entering the workspace, simply scan the provided QR code.

3. That's it! The process is smooth and straightforward, just as it should be.

Once inside, you can enjoy a host of amenities designed to enhance your work experience. These include high-speed Wi-Fi, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and well-equipped meeting rooms, among others.

Indulge in unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans meticulously selected and roasted by our partners at 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's pioneering carbon-negative coffee company. Additionally, savor unlimited fruits and artisan pastries to keep you fueled throughout your day.

When you're ready to leave, whether after a quick 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday, simply scan the QR code again to exit. Your payment will be processed automatically at the end of your session, ensuring a seamless experience.

• How much does it cost?

1. You pay only for the time you spend in the space: £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).

2. For meetings, our rooms accommodating up to 6 people are available at £60 per hour (which includes £50 plus VAT). You can pre-book these rooms directly through the app, with availability in 30-minute slots.

• Where are we located?

1. Our inaugural location is in the vibrant heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ.

2. We are excited to announce that additional locations will soon be opening across the UK.
