We handle the rest, ensuring our e-scooters are fully charged and ready for your next ride. Each scooter comes equipped with two helmets of different sizes and a mobile phone holder, so you're all set to navigate the city.

Setting up your emmy account is a breeze:

1. Download the emmy app and register for just 4,95€, which includes 15 free minutes of riding.

2. Sign up and verify your EU driver's license. Once your account is approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.

3. Ride: Find an electric moped near you through the app and reserve it for free.

4. End your rental: Park your emmy scooter in a public parking lot within our business area to conclude your rental.

How do you start an emmy electric moped?

1. Open the helmet box: Press the red button and select a helmet from the box.

2. Get it off the kickstand: Position yourself with the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.

3. Turn the red switch to “ON”: Ensure the red switch on the right handlebar is on and the side stand is fully retracted. For Yadea models, press the “P-button”.

4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the moped brake and press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar to activate the engine.

When parking, choose designated areas for mopeds and bikes on the street. Avoid parking in bike lanes, bus lanes, or pedestrian walkways.

How much does it cost to rent an emmy moped?

Start with a one-time registration fee of 4,95€ and enjoy 15 free minutes for your first trip (valid for 3 months). You can book and reserve a moped for free for 15 minutes. Unlocking costs 1 EUR, and you'll be charged 0.33 EUR per minute of riding. You can pause your ride mid-journey at a reduced rate.
