Imagine being near a shelter when the world is on the brink of destruction. You and a dozen strangers must decide who will survive. The shelter can only accommodate half of you. It's a race against time and a test of your persuasive skills. Will your team be the one to endure the impending threat?
Each player receives detailed information about the apocalypse, the shelter, and their own character. Your mission is to convince others of your necessity, showcase your strengths, and cleverly conceal any weaknesses. Your ultimate goal? To survive.
Every session promises a unique experience. Build the best team possible and navigate the challenges to outlast the catastrophe.
Rules:
- After a disaster ravages Earth, people seek refuge in the Shelter. Unfortunately, space is limited, and only half can secure a spot. The rest will face certain doom outside.
- The game's objective is to assemble a group that can collaborate effectively and ensure each other's survival within the Shelter.
- You'll assume the role of a randomly assigned character with a unique set of traits, including profession, health status, age, gender, hobbies, phobias, additional skills, and human qualities. You'll also receive two special 'knowledge' and 'action' cards that you can strategically use at any point during the game.
- At the outset of the first round, all players must disclose their profession.
- In each subsequent round, players reveal one characteristic at a time, advocating for their importance and necessity in the Shelter.
- At the conclusion of every round, starting from the second, players vote to identify the least useful member, who is then ejected from the game, no longer participating in discussions or voting.
- The game concludes when only half of the original players remain, securing their spot in the Shelter.
