Duke, Mos, and Dos have caused chaos again, launching a rocket powered by wind and water energy, resulting in a massive blizzard. Railworld is in peril, and only the Robot Trains can save the day by launching a counter-rocket fueled by four vital energies: Water, Wind, Fire, and Light.
