Olympus Gates Defend: A Mythic Battle for Olympus
Olympus Gates Defend transports players to a mythical world where they become a warrior of Zeus, tasked with defending the gates of Olympus against relentless enemy waves. Each wave presents a progressively tougher challenge, culminating in a boss encounter – stopping the leader with the ball is crucial to preserving the sacred shrine.
Initially, players command five warrior types: a hefty blocker who signals impending attacks, a mine-laying digger, an energy-generating support warrior who helps summon reinforcements, a stone-throwing fighter, and a powerful melee warrior. Insufficient energy to summon a specific warrior is indicated by a blacked-out icon. New characters unlock after each completed game. Enemies range from standard attackers to larger, slower foes. The game includes an introductory tutorial to ease players into the epic battle for Olympus.
