To enjoy the thrilling quiz game, Knowledge is Power: Decades, on your PlayStation®4, you'll need the companion app. As of December 14, 2023, there are important updates regarding the companion apps for PlayLink games including Knowledge is Power: Decades. Here’s what you need to know:
Android Users: If you've already downloaded the companion app to your current device or added it to your library, you can continue using it to play the game. However, note that the companion apps are no longer available for download on the Google Play Store for devices running Android OS versions newer than Android 11 for Knowledge is Power: Decades.
Apple iOS Users: You can continue to play the game with the relevant companion app, regardless of the iOS version on your device.
Dive into a high-energy quiz experience with Knowledge is Power: Decades, challenging your friends and family on the PlayStation®4 system. Test your trivia knowledge with thousands of questions covering pop culture from the '80s through the '10s. Use your smartphone as a controller to engage in competitive gameplay with up to five other players. Be the quickest to answer, use Power Plays to outsmart your opponents, and participate in engaging touch screen Challenges. Who will be the first to conquer the Pyramid of Knowledge?
Ensure your PlayStation®4 system and compatible mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Follow the in-app instructions to connect and start playing. With the app, you can:
- Pick your character and take a selfie with fun filters.
- Answer quiz questions privately.
- Select Power Plays to hinder your rivals.
- Engage in touch screen Challenges with various interactions.
- Play 'Quiz Blast' on the go and challenge friends to beat your time, away from your PlayStation®4 system.
