Dive into the exciting world of Golf Card Game, a unique simulation that blends the strategic elements of golf with the thrill of card play. Using a standard 52-card deck plus two Jokers, each player starts with six cards dealt face down. The remaining cards form the draw pile, with the top card flipped to initiate the discard pile beside it.
The goal is to minimize the value of your cards by either exchanging them for lower-value cards or pairing them in columns with cards of the same rank. The player with the highest score at the end of the game loses, while the one with the lowest score emerges victorious. The game spans nine rounds, or "holes," adding to the golfing theme.
Starting from the dealer's left, players take turns drawing a single card from either the stock or discard pile. This card can be swapped with one of your six cards or discarded. If swapped with a face-down card, the new card is placed face-up. Discarding the drawn card ends your turn. The round concludes once all of a player's cards are face-up.
After nine rounds, the player with the lowest total score is crowned the winner. Here's how the cards are scored:
- Joker: -2 points
- Ace: 1 point
- King: 0 points
- Jack and Queen: 10 points each
- All other cards: Face value
