  • If the image is not recognized or the app stops, touch the yellow [+] part to search again. Prolonged use of the AR function may cause overheating or app overload. Close and relaunch the app if needed.
  • Initial app launch may take time due to image recognition setup. Older smartphones may experience slower performance.

• Convenience Features:

  • Enable 'Skip from the second Chinese character writing' in settings to skip writing after the first instance. Note: This does not apply if multiple characters are on a page.

• Video and Audio:

  • Animation videos require a stable internet connection to prevent interruptions.
  • Increase speaker volume during video recording to capture sound more effectively.
  • Video recording is limited to 30 seconds and may stop if the AR model changes.

• Gallery Access:

  • Photos/videos might not appear immediately in the gallery due to media scanning delays. Restart your smartphone to view them.

• Permissions:

  • Camera, microphone, and storage permissions are necessary for normal app function. Denying these will disable app features.

• Plus Friends Comments:

  • Commenting on Plus Friends requires using KakaoTalk. Use the 'Open with App' button or image of the post to access an external browser and comment.
